HEART Airsoft Team
Who we are
Hostage Evacuation Advanced Rescue Team (HEART) was created with the idea that our teammates need help. We were inspired by the United States Military Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) and Search and Rescue (SAR) operations. What our team strives to do is simple; help those who are in need of assistance. Each and every HEART member will risk getting "hit" in the game to support his or her teammates. We look for squads/teams who are; under heavy fire, trying to complete an objective and need help or lone teammates who need assistance/rescuing. We are also required to sign up as a medic, when the positions are available, and assist those who need to be revived. One thing that HEART members do is listen to their radios for "911" calls (Teammates who need help) on the airsoft battle field (We will tell our teammates what radio channel we will be on before the game begins). Our team alone can carry out objectives if needed to. But we don't sit around waiting for people to call for help/support, we are out in the battle field looking for them, and we will stop at nothing to give them the help/support that is necessary.
HEART Airsoft Team member's requirements
Gear
Eye protection is a must. All HEART members must have a United States Army replica or actual uniform, top and bottom (Woodland and Olive Drab colors on a BDU design). Chest rigs, tactical vests and plate carriers are mandatory (Woodland and Olive Drab colors on a BDU design). We strongly urge you to buy a type of medic or rescue patch. All airsoft guns must be a United States or European replica. You will also need helmet or hat that matches your uniform. A radio will also be required.
Tactics
HEART members WILL NOT cluster together, meaning we will walk, run and advance in an orderly and tactical fashion. We do our best to look and act professional, on and off the airsoft battle field, because our teammates are relying on us to help them. We do understand that humans do make mistakes, however we will not tolerate a lot of mistakes.
Expectations
All members must listen to orders giving by our commander or commanding officers that are on HEART Airsoft Team. You must be willing to go out of your way to help those who are in need of assistance. All members must be 15 years or older to join the HEART Airsoft Team, NO EXCEPTIONS. You must look sharp and smooth with anything you do on the field. We truly do want to look professional playing our sport. There is no "I" in team and we will respect all of our teammates.
